I own a camera and computer. Can I do this myself?
Absolutely. The question is, will you? Many homeowners have good intentions, but never get around to it. Statistics show that only 20% of people have a completed inventory. Because this is our job, we have a process that is thorough, complete, and saves you time.

Insurance companies encourage you to have an inventory. When you file a claim, you are required to show documentation of your possessions. An inventory will help you settle claims quickly by showing proof of ownership. Otherwise they may reimburse you for a 27-inch television, when you really have the new HD plasma screen.

How long does an inventory take?
The average home takes our team about three hours to complete. This obviously depends on the size of your home or the amount of property. We also ask for you to spend some time preparing your home for our appointment. We will send you a letter before our visit with a list of what needs to be complete.
