Every room, from top to bottom—including garage, basement, and outside—is recorded and placed on a DVD. Let us know about any rental storage units and we’ll include those too.

Digital pictures
Using high-quality photos, we document your assets, including jewelry, collectibles, antiques, and furniture. These photos provide greater detail on high-value items and complement the DVD.

Written documentation
For each item of value, we’ll include a description, serial and model numbers, when accessible. You provide the cost and an estimated or appraised replacement value.

Secure storage of second copy
We’ll safely store an additional copy of your entire home package.
